Gibela’s leadership programme

Background

Gibela has introduced a new and exciting leadership programme, aimed at solving our specific challenges in the business.

This programme is the result of many consultations with relevant stakeholders who had raised concerns over the impact of the previous management programmes on our internal challenges.

Our desire is to build a high-performance organisation, supported by a reputable training-service provider. After a vigorous process, we have appointed Maccauvlei Learning Academy to implement the programme.

Programme objective

Our aim is to equip new and established managers with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in people management and to become better team players.

  • Build early momentum: training helps managers make a smooth, successful transition and feel good about themselves and their new role

  • Create high-performing teams: properly trained managers know how to support, motivate and empower their team members to drive performance and results
